Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By registering for a course at DIT Academy Ahmedabad, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Course Fees
The course fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your registration more than 14 days before the start of the course, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel your registration less than 14 days before the start of the course, you will not receive a refund.
Course Materials
All course materials are the property of DIT Academy Ahmedabad and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
Attendance
Attendance is mandatory for all classes. If you miss more than 20% of the classes, you may not be eligible to receive a certificate of completion.
Academic Integrity
All students are expected to maintain academic integrity. Plagiarism will not be tolerated.
Code of Conduct
All students are expected to abide by the academy’s code of conduct. This includes respecting the rights of others, following the instructions of instructors, and maintaining a safe and orderly learning environment.
Refunds
No refunds will be given for courses that have already begun. If you are unable to complete a course due to extenuating circumstances, you may request a withdrawal. Withdrawals will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Changes to the Program
DIT Academy Ahmedabad reserves the right to make changes to the program at any time. If a change is made to the program, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions will be resolved by binding arbitration in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
